Many members join us through participation in a ‘Flight 2000’ Introductory flight, Aerobatic Experience Flight, or having participated in our popular One Day Course. If you have not flown in a glider before, this is a great way to see if gliding is really for you. By returning during your period of Temporary Membership you can really get to know us.

A One Day Course offers the best way to start learning, or to really experience limitless flying. Included are three 2000 foot aerotows. You will spend the day learning about flying and airfield operations, and have the chance to get to know our club. By the end of the day you’ll be in control of the glider, flying most of the flight yourself!
